Unified Communication Lead
The primary purpose of this role is to lead our Collaboration Engineering environment that is responsible for recommending, implementing, and maintaining our global collaboration applications.
Manage the Business-as-Usual incidents, solving complex problems; escalating high priority issues or risks as appropriate, recognising and capitalising on continuous improvement opportunities for the Skype On premise, SFB Online, MS Teams, Office 365 and Zoom environment
The key accountabilities are as follows;
Manage Incidents and Problems related to Skype Hybrid Infrastructure, MS Teams and Office 365 environment.
Represent the company's technical unified communication capabilities and manage day-to-day technical needs of users.
Productivity and Enhancement in Office 365 workplace.
Lead a team of Collaboration Engineers that will own, maintain, support, secure and improve the Hybrid Skype and Office 365 environment.
8+ years' experience with Unified Communications Technology
2+ experience deploying and configuring Skype for Business audio, video and telephony solutions as well as integration with Exchange / Office 365 Unified Messaging
2+ years of experience of Office 365 and Exchange online Administration
2+ years of experience with Video Conferencing Room Solutions ideally Zoom
Authoritative experience of installing, upgrading, building, consuming and maintaining Active Directory and Office 365 services.
Experience in Leading a Team Scripting skills with PowerShell
