We are looking for an experienced Transaction Advisory Services - Senior Associate level to perform agreed-upon procedures covering projects on due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions under the direction of a Manager.

Big 4 or similar TS experience is a plus.

Must pay attention to detail, and understands how timeliness and accuracy of work impact overall client experience.

Should work well in a team environment with shifting priorities, and passionate about the achievement of work output with integrity and excellence.

Responsibilities :

Performs due diligence procedures for both buy and sell-side transactions

Prepares quality earnings reports, as well as income statement and balance sheet data books and analyses

Prepares various analyses and reports of the customer, revenue, payroll, trend analyses , and other significant financial statement accounts

Performs quality check of the financial due diligence report for management and investors

Researches and analyzes financial analysis of target companies

Reviews the revenue contracts of a publicly listed company for compliance with the US revenue recognition standards

Communicates with US managers and staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service

Provides training and coaching to the staff

Leads multiple projects and supervise the staff

Leads call with the onshore team in the US

And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required

Big 4 accounting firm background or transaction services experience from investment banks, at least Senior level

Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in transaction advisory services, finance or external audit

Has knowledge and strong analysis of current and past financial data and performance

Able to prepare, interpret, and provide insight on various reports based on analyses performed

Excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills

Ability to perform consistently at a high level under pressure

Excellent attention to detail

Expert at Excel - must be confident handling large amounts of complex data and performing advanced Excel functions

Flexibility with hours and able to meet deadlines

Prior experience with financial analysis preferred. Those with audit or investment backgrounds will also be welcome

CPAs and other certifications are a plus

Able to execute consistently at a high-level pressure
