Responsibilities : Network monitoring and maintenance.Proficiency in network hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting including routers, servers, firewall, and local email systems.
Troubleshoots basic hardware failures.Provides courteous and professional customer service in responding to phone requests for technical assistance from end users of DSL regarding Internet connection, email and system configuration, web loading and browsing.
Answers general questions and provides extensive learning to end users on DSL functionality.Identifies, researches, and resoles customer issues using the computer system.
Records complaints that need investigation and resolution for appropriate trackingRecognizes documents and alerts the TL / Supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Receive trouble ticketsProvides basic OS and MS Office support.Escalate units that are within warranty to the proper vendor.
s / College Degree or Vocational Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering.Good communication skills.
College graduate is a must.6 months experience in CSR / TSR field is PLUSFresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.Willing to be trained.
