Principal Business Intelligence AnalystTeleTech is seeking a Reporting Principal Analyst to join our Enterprise Intelligence team in the Philippines.

Our global IT organization of 500 supports the entire enterprise that encompasses over 40,000 users across our businesses aligned in four pillars -

Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.What you’ll be doing : You’ll be the primary point of contact in the administration, maintenance, support and other aspects of the development in the Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) platform (Reporting Services (SSRS) and Analysis Services (SSAS) delivered through SharePoint.

The job function will require you to work closely with users from the Human Capital, Finance, IT, and Operations departments.

What you’ll bring to us : Develop, document and maintain existing and new applications and processesProblem resolution, system administration and development of business rules, system interface and web formsGather and document user requirements in a clear and organized mannerWork with infrastructure team on application upgrades, patches and other system maintenance in a timely manner to ensure optimal performance and high system availabilitySSRS / SSAS AdministrationSQL, MDX, and DAX SMEWhat skills you’ll need : Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or related field from an accredited college, university or institution.

7-10 years' experience designing / developing / implementing / administering BI solutionsExperience with development and support of SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis ServicesIn-

depth technical knowledge of multi-dimensional modeling and supportExperience with development and support life-cycle.Experience with ERP system and tools desired, but not requiredExperience working with Finance, IT and other cross functional groups in a team environment to provide support.
