Responsibilities

Monitors employee engagement and works collaboratively with local leadership and the Global HR Team to develop solutions, programs and local policies that improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Champions and supports managers with performance and talent management activities.

Consults with managers to and provide HR guidance and coaching on employee matters (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Works closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop offer and contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.

May provide overflow recruitment support, including consulting with managers regarding staffing needs, interviewing and selection.

Conducts new hire orientation, including benefits orientation, and implements on-boarding programs.

Identifies training needs to support the business and individual coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure objectives are met.

  • Works closely with local HR Administrator to execute human resources operational processes, including but not limited to;
  • employment contracts, compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence.

    Works closely with managers to ensure all employment changes are entered into Workday and accurate employee records are maintained.

    Facilitates the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and reviewing exit survey results. Provides feedback and suggested actions to improve engagement and retention.

    Ensures policies and practices to maintain compliance with Philippines and other applicable local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.

    Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

    Fluent in English

    Education and Experience :

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

    At least 5 years of human resource generalist experience

    Experience with Workday preferred.
