7)Team Management experience - directly supervise analyst / s on day-to-day activities, performance, and delivery

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Currently an Assistant Manager or Senior Team Leader with background in Team and Program Management and Implementations, garnered from Property Management / BPO / KPO environment.
Minimum 2yrs experience in a similar role, garnered from working for multi-national companies as part of a team based across multiple countries.
Property or construction industry related experience a plus.
Strong in MS Office. Strong problem solver, able to investigate and resolve issues independently. Able to work under pressure and deliver workarounds quickly to ensure business as usual.
