TOA Global , an offshoring firm providing accounting services since 2013, is looking for Power Platform Developer who want to level up their careers and support businesses in Australia and New Zealand

Primary Objective of the Role :

The Power Platform / D365 Developer will play a key role in the development, support and integration of human-centric solutions, enabling the success of TOA Global and its Customers by leveraging leading edge cloud technologies including Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure Services.

Key qualifications / Experience :

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent studies / experience.
  • 2+ years experience in a technical development role within ERP / CRM Systems such as MS Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, .
  • NET and integration technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience to develop within the MS Business Applications ecosystem such as Dynamics CRM and Power Platform;
  • PowerApps and PowerAutomate.

  • Exposure to MS Dynamics Finance and Operations, and specifically Human Resource and Finance modules would be advantageous.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum development processes and Azure DevOps, CI / CD pipeline tools.
  • Solid knowledge of programming concepts, patterns, design principles, procedures, and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and a positive attitude towards challenges and openness to learning.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and agree solution designs with relevant stakeholders using agile and lean methods that focuses on maximizing business value.
  • Develop solution designs using agreed development practices, recognized design principles and patterns, and technologies to achieve business outcomes in a timely and supportable manner.
  • Deploy software applications into the various development and testing environments using agreed CI / CD processes and practices.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate automated tests.
  • Create and maintain documentation as required to ensure ongoing supportability.
  • Work in an agile environment, delivering incremental product functionality in short iterations.
  • Estimating and planning to assist with the development of the product roadmap
  • Proactive involvement in research and development of potential new technologies / features to incorporate in the solutions
  • Schedule : 7 am to 4 pm / 9 pm to 6 am, Monday to Friday
