NTTDATA Services currently seeks a Customer CareAssociate to join our team in QuezonCity, National Capital Region(PH-00), Philippines(PH).

Role andresponsibilities

  • Handle inbound provider calls for healthinsurance companies (based in US) for customer medical membershipon High Deductible, EPO, PPO, HRA, and Idemnity plans for benefitverification / eligibility, claim status and generalqueries.
  • Answer calls and document as percustomer's written specifications in accordance to the process andprocedure document.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completionof transactions to meet or exceed clientSLAs.
  • Responding tocustomer request via phone and / or writing to ensure timelyresolution of unpaid medical insuranceclaims.
  • Analyzing medicalinsurance claims for qualityresolution.
  • resolving complex situations followingpre-establishedguidelines.
  • developing and maintaining a solidknowledge of healthcare insurance industry and of all products,services and processes performed by theteam.
  • Organizing andcompleting tasks according to assignedpriorities.
  • Requirements for therole

  • Ability to work regularly from Mondaythru Friday. Shift timing will be 8pm to 8am Manila standard time.Shifts will be scheduled during thesetimings.
  • University degree or equivalent thatrequired 3+years of formal study of Englishlanguage.
  • 1+yr(s) of experience in global call center, where you had tocorrespond in writing or over the phone with customer or businessassociates who spokeEnglish.
  • 6+months US Health Insurance inbound call centerexperience.
  • 1+yr(s) experience of using a computer with Windows PC applicationsthat requires use of keyboard, navigation screens and learn newsoftware tools.
  • 1+yr(s) experience in service-oriented role where you had to applybusiness rules to varying fact situations and making appropriatedecisions.
  • Shift timing can change as per clientrequirements. Additionally, resources may have to do paid overtimeand work on weekends basis businessrequirement.
  • All new hires will be required tosuccessfully complete our Orientation and process training classesand demonstrate proficiency of thematerial.
