As a Business Development Officer , you will be part of our dynamic sales team. This role is a high growth opportunity where we quickly expect you to be able to manage a portfolio of existing and new customers.
You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of responsibilities from customer business development, sales coverage and planning, and business analytics and reporting with special focus on modern trade or distributor management .
You will be responsible for Business Development and Account Management
You will be managing and collecting Accounts Receivable.
You will conduct regular store checks and visits.
Perform other administrative and sales initiatives as may be needed
We are looking for candidates who are / have :
Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Communication or any related coureses
Must have at least 2 to 4 years of operational experience in trade account management, preferably in the FMCG industry handling modern trade and / or distributor management
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented
Deep passion and commitment to our social mission
Work schedule : Mondays to Fridays
