Job Description :

  • Provide administrative support to assigned BD team / group by doing clerical tasks
  • Engage with partners / merchants in support of BD team
  • Review and ensure completeness of merchant documents following Onboarding checklist
  • Coordinate with internal partners (e.g. Legal, On-boarding, Marketing, Finance etc.) to execute merchant programs
  • Encode using ShopeePay’s CRM and help maintain BD related trackers
  • Manage our CRM platforms to make sure everything is up to date
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed
  • Requirements :

  • Preference but not required at least 6 months experience in Fintech particularly in merchant acquisition.
  • Familiar with checking government documents of different business types
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and similar programs
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g Salesforce)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with shifting schedules, may be required to work on weekends and / or holidays
