As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for writing and evaluating test programs in an Automated Test Equipment (ATE) environment for both new and legacy products.
These products include complex embedded system-on-chips with features such as configurable analog and digital peripheral functions, memory and microcontrollers.
This requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest test coverage with the shortest test times.
Applies advance Electronic Engineering principles and has a advance understanding of DC / FN / AC testing. Able to read and write basic ATE programs on modern test platform, take AC / DC data in a lab and using scopes and related equipment, as well as use basic ATE analysis and debug tools.
Experience on Nextest Teradyne Magnum testers and Advantest is an adavantage. Able to perform basic characterization and test interpretation, analyze data, and quantify experimental effects.
Must have clear communication skills and ability to work well with others both locally and internationally. Preferred programming skills (C, C++, Java, & Perl).
