About the Role :
The Risk and Control Staff assists the Risk and Control function with general accounting and data input activities as determined and directed by the local managers.
Additionally, the Risk and Control Staff shall assist and work with the Risk and Control Speacialist as required. The Risk and Control Staff will be responsible for assisting the team with general office duties including, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing and general coordination.
Job Duties in Brief :
Assist in managing the data input of key information in line with pre-defined requirements
Assist with matters including electronic filing and data entry.
Be exposed to risk assessments, including the capturing of risk and control information
About You :
Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability; specifically the ability to work as self starter - especially as it relates to liaising with resources in other Citco offices.
Respect for details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision.
Ability to prioritize / execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency.
Articulate communication skills verbal, pictorial and numerical.
Excellent telephone etiquette, and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work mid-shift.
General computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
