Develops, communicates and manages execution of sourcing and procurement strategies to support program, corporate, and client goals and objectives.

Manages annual procurement budget and supplier base of suppliers.

Analyses commodity and service requirements in Asia across 11 countries for a real estate portfolio. Creates requests for proposals (RFP) and reviews bids.

Creates contract, negotiates commercial and contract terms and implements services.

Provides comprehensive training materials for supplier relationship managers to procure goods and services and manager suppliers.

Coaching, guiding and governing this process.

Establishes and maintains relationships with suppliers. Develops and implements nationwide strategies to optimise contract negotiations, contract renewals, invoicing, compliance, assurance and conducts visits to evaluate supplier performance. Resolves supplier disputes.

Establishes long-term and strategic procurement planning objectives, drives innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on awareness of sustainable and diverse suppliers.

In conjunction with other Global regions on account, leverage the CBRE procurement platform including processes, systems and technology to deliver best practice.

Serves as principal liaison between CBRE and client sourcing, procurement, legal and risk management departments.

Prepares monthly reports of departmental activities.

Manages and reports on related program KPI's and metrics.

Provides support, coaching and leadership of other sourcing and procurement associates throughout the global network.

Participates directly or indirectly, and supports corporate global sourcing initiatives and processes.

Other duties may be assigned.

Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from four-year college or university. Minimum of six years of related experience and / or training.


C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility required.


Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.

Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and / or public groups.

Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.


Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets.

Conducts financial / business analysis including the preparation of reports.


Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.

Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.


Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with e-procurement and contracts management technology platforms.

Experience with standard accounting and / or ERP systems.


Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results.

Responsible for setting department deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and / or line of business
