Some of your responsibilities include :
Primarily responsible for daily staffing and workload management.
Act as an SME on critical areas of work performed by the team.
Be the primary client-team POC for first-level escalations.
Partner with Managers and Client Team POC’s to achieve team utilization goals.
Oversee team performance against established quality, security, efficiency and client delivery standards.
Partner to leadership in identifying and mitigating risks related to these standards.
Expected to spend 50% of productive time on client billable work.
Drive team development and career planning for individual team members.
Execute on strategic staffing plans and identify career development opportunities for team members
Manage performance issues. Provide timely constructive feedback.
Sustain a high level of team engagement.Champion and advocate an atmosphere that will support employee retention.

Ensure that work delivery consistently followsestablished standards and that the team functions under the highest level ofquality and operational excellence.
Ensure teams are complying with Excellence, ISOpolicies and procedures.

Contribute in theestablishment of best practices consistent with industry standards
Has at least 2 years work experience supervisingindividual contributors (at least 5 FTEs and up). Previous experience within asupervisory role in a Pensions Administration environment is a plus.
Has knowledge on capacity management
Has knowledge on quality management (errortrending, RCA, action planning)
Has knowledge on managing poor performers andtop performers
Experienced working in an environment withmeasured performance against, quality, productivity and efficiency.
Strong analytical, integrative and problemsolving skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office toolsincluding Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Professional and responsible approach to work,clients and colleagues
Able to manage time well and can workindependently
Ability to organize and prioritize with strongattention to details
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly demonstrates interpersonal skills and iswilling and able to collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, peers and staff
Ability to complete multiple projects withinestablished deadlines.
Has knowledge on benefits administration, planadministration or insurance processing
Experience presenting using MS Powerpoint is anadvantage
Intermediate MS Excel knowledge is an advantage
Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certificationis an advantage
Experience managing team process improvementprojects is an advantage
Experienced working with US counterpartspreferred
College degree holder
