  • Train FAs in assigned sector on Group Insurance products, process and business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular agency training on products, processes and sales skills.
  • Develop new training programs (nurturing program) to enhance FA’s skills prospecting and closing Group Insurance Business.
  • Address inquiries from Fas and Agency Executives of Group Insurance Product and Processes.
  • Activate FAs in assigned sector
  • Develop good business relationship with FAs and agency leaders
  • Maintain visibility is assigned sector through regular visits and rounds
  • Implement agency activation program
  • Provide Group Insurance business updates and opportunities
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of current market conditions both locally and nationally.
  • Help the acquisition of new business by identifying and exploring opportunities in the local market particularly MSME.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Passion for MSME and Startups.
  • Exceptional product, sales process and industry knowledge is required
  • Negotiation, presentation and people skills.
  • Knowledge in Group Insurance Employee Benefit & Loan Protection Landscape.
