Line Manager : Finance Manager
Objectives of Role :
The role involves providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients and stakeholders of the business.
Responsibility Areas :
Ensure ASSA ABLOY policies, guidelines and local laws and regulations are followed
Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases
Review and adhere to department budgets
Collect and enter data for various systems
Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct
Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and / or clients
Assist other members of the Finance Department when required and educate other functions within the department and other departments
Undertaking any ad hoc projects as and when required by the Management.
Bachelor's degree business, finance, accounting or a related field.
Excellent mathematical skills; understanding of data privacy standards; local laws and regulations; integrity; honesty;
customer-service skills; solid communication skills, both written and verbal; familiarity with business principles and practices;
superior attention to detail; organisational skills; planning skills; problem-solving skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills;
computer skills, particularly with HFM, Microsoft Dynamics AX, spreadsheets and other Microsoft office.
