Line Manager : Finance Manager

Objectives of Role :

The role involves providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients and stakeholders of the business.

Responsibility Areas :

  • Ensure ASSA ABLOY policies, guidelines and local laws and regulations are followed
  • Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases
  • Review and adhere to department budgets
  • Collect and enter data for various systems
  • Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct
  • Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and / or clients
  • Assist other members of the Finance Department when required and educate other functions within the department and other departments
  • Undertaking any ad hoc projects as and when required by the Management.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree business, finance, accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent mathematical skills; understanding of data privacy standards; local laws and regulations; integrity; honesty;
  • customer-service skills; solid communication skills, both written and verbal; familiarity with business principles and practices;
  • superior attention to detail; organisational skills; planning skills; problem-solving skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills;
  • computer skills, particularly with HFM, Microsoft Dynamics AX, spreadsheets and other Microsoft office.
