Summary
This position will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment operation. The successful hire will
be hiring sourcing candidates for construction or property management businesses within California
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible in the full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Provide sourcing and recruitment support for roles as determined by the management
team.
Collaborate with hiring managers and marketing team to write job ads and
advertisements, and post roles on appropriate job boards.
Manage workflows, communication, and automation on ATS, and other recruitment applications.
Proactively source talent through different job boards by researching and developing effective outreach strategies.
Closely work with hiring managers in scheduling qualified candidates for an interview
The candidate will assist with special projects, initiatives, reporting and documentation, as required.
Qualifications
With at least 1 year of previous relevant experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing
RPO) or Global Recruiting / Headhunting experience
Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates from the US market is an advantage.
Experience sourcing and recruiting for positions at various levels (entry to upper management) overseas for global organizations
Knowledge of sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
Familiar with techniques to win passive candidates and closing strategies
Experience working with web-based applicant tracking systems
High level verbal and written communicationsskills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Must be amenable to work in nightshift schedules
