The Integration Managers initial role is to work in coordination with our Energy Managers and our client’s operational teams to collate, cleanse, verify and upload building information into our CAFM system (TOWA) during the onboarding stage.
The Integration Manager will be required to travel across the contracts property portfolio and provide onsite training to the operational teams on how to operate the CAFM System (TOWA).
The Integration Manager will be accountable for a given building cluster and will be required to deliver on objectives set within the Contract Management Plan (CMP), this will form the primary role of an integration Manager.
It’s paramount that Integration Managers can develop and maintaining a harmonious working relationship with both our internal operational team, our client team and our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
An Integration Manager will typically need to :
Plan, organise, lead, and deliver CMP (Contract Management Plan) Objectives within you building cluster
Provide assistance, training and support to peers when requests to ensure the contract collectively delivers on set objectives
Perform on-site & remote system-based training to our client teams
Perform large scale analytical tasks to a high standard; this includes data collection, cleansing, and verification.
Provide periodic reports in line with management requirements
Communicate confidently with our internal team, our client team and to third party contractors
Develop a strong working relationship with our client team
Oversee, manage, and support the Technical Administrator with the execution of their daily duties
Support the management team with strategic and ad hoc tasks as and when required
To understand and apply all contractual requirements into daily tasks
Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations
Carry out other duties within agreed competencies
Promote a customer / client focused culture
What to expect
Time will be spent primarily in the office / home however you will be required to visit client sites to provide training to the client team
The job will involve regular communication with multiple Buildings Managers across the client’s property portfolio, relationship building is a key part of the role
To deliver on set objectives, necessary support will be given to ensure success
To work within a driven team that are all working towards the same goal
Computer Skills :
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Good understanding of CAFM or Property Management Systems
Suitable experience in building services or computer systems related discipline or other relevant professional experience that support ether computer systems or change management within the built environment.
A Business, Computer Science or engineering degree is desired.
