Job Functions :

  • Overall responsible for meeting the sales targets assigned to the Agency Channel for Metro Manila and Luzon.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to achieve target Sales growth objectives.
  • Organize, drive, and manage the members of the Agency Sales Team to recruit, train, license and provide development and sales support to agents, unit managers and general agencies.
  • Oversee and / or conduct train-the-trainer (TTT) and coaching programs to up-skill and optimize skill transfer of the training and agency sales management teams.
  • Lead the development, deployment and adoption of digital sales and sales management enablers to strengthen implementation and control of systematic recruiting, sales / management SOP’s to achieve target operational KPI levels.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s / Post Graduate Degree and preferably relevant advanced professional Industry qualification.
  • Min 10 years operational distribution management and / or consulting experience with a strong Philippine market focus.
  • Deep understanding of agency distribution.
  • Ability to develop and grow agency distribution capability in a range of organizations, market, and cultural environments.
  • Proven track record in performance optimization and distribution transformation.
  • Strong track record in generating results and building high performance capability in an agency organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability to engage both corporate and field organizations at all levels.
  • Relevant local market knowledge.
