Position Description :
Support the Global HRIS with the reports related releases including preparation of detailed requirements documentation and adherence to agreed ways of working
Participate in user acceptance testing as needed for technology updates and enhancements
Understands and develops workforce metrics, analysis and studies to provide key workforce insights aligned with business strategies
Deliver customized business review decks to HR group processes
Develops and maintains strong consulting relationships reporting needs
Utilizes Excel, Word and PowerPoint to extract and manipulate large amounts of data, perform analysis and create executive level reporting
Proactively manage data integrity by identifying data issues, reconciling gaps and ensuring consistent data is reported among and within reports
Ensures adherence to information security guidelines
Manages data privacy and confidentiality
Supports local teams in identifying areas for continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, Statistics, Technology, IT, Computer Science
Good command over written and spoken English
3-5 years’ experience in data function with an understanding of relational database / queries
Proven track record in service excellence providing reports to satisfy multiple, concurrent requests
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Level 3 (Advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA Macros)
Knowledge in OBIEE is an Advantage but not required
Understanding of key data integrity principles with the ability to foresee reporting implications related to data issues / findings
Data Interpretation and Diagnostic Ability
Experience with major querying tools and knowledge of database concepts
