What is APMC?

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. We are engaged in integrated property management services including building administration and maintenance, lease administration activities, commercial center and subdivision maintenance, and special technical services.

It continues to provide property management services for properties developed by Ayala Land and its subsidiaries.

APMC is best known for managing residential towers, villages, offices, strategic parkings and other Ayala Land properties in the Philippines' premier business districts, including Makati City, Bonifacio Global City and Cebu City.

It pioneered in automating parking operations and continues to introduce similar innovations in its other areas of operation such as recycling water.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Following up on payment with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring correct booking of received payments.
  • Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing report and Statement of Accounts.
  • Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process.
  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements.
  • Processing invoices and expense claims.
  • Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
  • Performing vendor and bank reconciliations.
  • Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.
  • Ensuring the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial statements by performing monthly, quarterly and year end closing and reporting.
  • Reviewing consolidated monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
  • Provide guidance on accounting standards and their treatments.
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors.
  • Skills Required :

  • You have a diploma / degree in Accounting, Finance.
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a AP Accountant, AR Accountant or Financial Reporting role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
