Essential Functions of the Job :
Coordinates with Recruitment and L&D team in supporting the on-boarding process for both campus and experienced hires into the service line.
Required to coordinate with multiple stakeholders for any competency assistance needed.
Provide support to the business thru reports generation and numbers analysis.
Identify over and under-utilized personnel, be proactive in identifying additional resources to bring utilization in line with their peers.
Mapping of resource to their appropriate codeblocks and align correctly as needed.
Creation of mirror code as requested from the competency leads.
Requirements :
Strong analytical skills - detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Excel skill is a must)
Very strong communication skills, both oral and written
Strong organizational skills
Proficient at negotiation skills and conflict management
Strong client service focus - responsive to requests maintains a sense of urgency in resolving issues
Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities
Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills
Self-starter, able to work independently
Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor
Educational qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 years of experience. Open to Fresh Graduates.
