Position Description

The trainer will be responsible for evaluating the needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides.

The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Conducts training on process and product knowledge

Works with leads and prepares training plans for the team

Coordinates with teams to understand knowledge gaps that can be addressed by training

Updates training materials and apply training methodology to ensure effectiveness of training

Performs Train-the-Trainer activities with Operation Leads and Managers

Maintain a database of all training materials and training results

Review / Evaluate trainee's performance and learning

Creates hand-off / endorsement documents for successful trainees

Coordinates with Managers for unsuccessful trainees

Participates in special tasks and performs other duties as assigned

Must have internet at home - at least 5MBPS fixed line internet (DSL, Fiber, Broadband)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field

Exposure to the Training role and to the call center quality work good advantages

Background / Experience to Customer Service Delivery in the similar industry is an advantage but not a requirement

Excellent communications skills (verbal or written) with ability to articulate in an organized and concise manner

Excellent Public Speaker / Instructional Facilitator

Good interpersonal skills and can communicate with all levels in the organization

Organized and able to create and to keep-up to multiple timelines and schedules

Able to guide the course forward confidently

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and any instructional software

Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care

Amenable to work on shifting schedule

Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
