We are currently seeking a Specialist to join the Risk Management Analytics (RMA) Client Service Team under our Client Coverage organization in Manila.
The MSCI Global Client Service team is composed of experienced financial professionals that provide first tier support for our institutional, dominantly financial, clients around the world.
Team members are responsible for responding to a wide variety of methodology, usage, interpretational, and technical questions on our line of products and services.
Client contact is primarily via telephone and email, but occasional travel may be required for on-site presentations or trainings.
The team members work closely with account managers and consultants to develop and maintain client relationships.
Currently, Client Service teams are present in the following locations : San Francisco, New York, Monterrey, Toronto, London, Budapest, Mumbai, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo and Manila.
Scope of Responsibility
The successful candidate will be part of the APAC Client Service team catering to the inquiries raised by MSCI global clients in the field of finance and investment raised during APAC hours.
Said candidate will provide support to clients in their use of MSCI’s risk management analytics application tool, RiskManager.
His responsibilities include but not limited to :

The successful candidate will also be responsible in (a) coordinating with Global Client Service RM team for any inquiries outside APAC hours, (b) ensuring that complex queries are routed to the appropriate global teams within specified SLA whilst keeping clients updated on the status of the query in a timely fashion, and (c) collaborating with other Client Service teams globally to help address ad hoc requests from global Sales teams.
