The Role :
Support the admin managing the pitch and content queue
Be responsible for keeping spreadsheets up to date & accurate.
Help out with client ad-hoc tasks where necessary
Cover for the Executives where necessary
Be able to personalize opportunities & help reach the daily quota
Be able to identify process issues & concerns
Ensure that objectives for client deliverables are met
Liaise with other department key persons for partner & client needs
About You :
We’re looking for Virtual Assistants that are obsessed with providing the best service to their clients.
As a VA, you will need to have a keen eye for detail & be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Having excellent spoken & written English is a must, as well as having a very good understanding of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
You must have a strong & reliable internet connection & pc / laptop.
Having previously worked as a VA, or anything similar, is a definite advantage.
