Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses in each team.Provide train-the-trainer sessions for process specialists and team leaders.
Manage implementation of new processes or major changes to existing processes or expansions of existing processes, especially where increase of personnel is required.
Amending and revising training as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
Have agility to comprehend new concepts, content, and processes and convert knowledge into effective training programs and materials.
Your Skills and Experiences A graduate of any four year course.Must have 3 to 5 years experience as a Trainer.Must have good communication skills.
Ability to learn and work with systems.
