You will be responsible for :
Participating in basic application consultancy and support of system solutions in order to support business users and strengthen the usage of CRM business applications
Providing 3rd-line support for business solutions and services
Ensuring that normal services to business users / end users are restored in the shortest possible period time
Acting as a resource that supports requests and works on incidents, ensuring that they are completed within the target SLA
Implementation of standard changes according to change management processes
Participating in regular meetings with the business and the team
You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 2 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of SAP CRM.
You are knowledgeable on SAP BASIS, SAP ABAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP FICO
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
