Requirements :
Native Japanese
Conversational proficiency in English (internal communications)
2 years experiences of handling system development in IT industry (Knowledge of PHP is plus)
Experiences of leading team is plus
Able to apply from Japan
Responsibilities :
Communicate and coordinate with Japanese client regarding the proposal and cost estimates
Understand the client request and requirements
Responsible for project management to create process design such as technic selection, screen design and function requirement
Handle the client requests related to designing and building infrastructure.
Coordinate and relay information from Engineers in the Philippines to Engineers in Japan
Coordinate with the Engineers in Japan to develop systems
Responsible for translating IT documents
Possibility to be assigned in IT related projects
Train engineers in the company
Ensure and monitor that the projects will be delivered in a timely manner
