Process design and improvement
Process Review and Enhancement Analyze process models as they are (As-is), compare them to the future state (To-be) and determine the necessary changes in getting to the improved state.
Perform continuous reviews of a process or system to align processes (e.g. models, goals, expectations) with changing business conditions and new products and service offerings Work closely with Transition Analyst and other SMEs Operational efficiency Creates data mapping documentation between different sources Document process capabilities & performance Determine opportunities in operations to become leaner and more efficient, e.
