Looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Executive to join our Customer Acquisition team. The individual will be responsible for driving business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy while helping the team to turn leads and prospects into paid users.
Provide cloud based tools for financial institutions in Africa and SE Asia. We are poised to scale operations in the eleven countries we currently work in while entering new markets.
The BD executive will be based in Manila and will travel across SE Asia to handle sales activities hand son with the customers.
Responsibilities : Understand the market
Understand the market
Deep understanding of the market to identify sales opportunities. Creating leads and understand customer needs
Immerse yourself in fintech, using appropriate research tools to identify, contact and sell to the leading players that meet qualifying criteria
Engage in industry groups and events within the geographic territory to promote the company and identify new opportunities
Keep up to date with trends and latest technology to act as a valued resource for prospects and customers
Sales and Revenue
Develop sales strategies to deliver the business plan
Optimize sales activities to maximize the companys growth
forecasting revenue; contract management and closing deals
Generate new, qualified opportunities to maintain appropriate pipeline
Meet and exceed set revenue targets
Utilize the consultative sales model to understand the objectives and needs of customers to develop solutions through companys offerings and additional services
Provide accurate sales reports
Optimize the sales experience in pipedrive
Report to Head of Customer Acquisition and work closely with other teams
Qualifications and experience :
Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in business solutions, software solutions, microfinance and financial inclusion
Knowledge of emerging markets is a plus
