Elevate's Legal Business Solutions' practice is growing! As an Elevate Legal Operations Team Lead, you will work with customers directly to improve Fortune 500 law departments through analysis, strategy, and implementation.
You will support a variety of clients and will work to deliver solutions and directly impact law department budgets.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
We need a professional with :
Experience in an analytics role preferably in the legal industry and / or a law firm or a multinational company
Specifically, this role will involve :
Working with or implemented common legal technologies, including matter management, eBilling, and contract management systems
Verify the information for accuracy and make corrections and update data when needed
Manage day to day work assignment and mentor team members
Monitor inbox to field / respond to customer or firm issues
Monitor and audit processes to ensure adherence of defined guidelines
Understand and work competently with the global team members in a virtual environment
Interact with the customer on a regular basis, both external and internal
Develop and produce reports for internal and external use
Support the Client Manager in analyzing suppliers and customer expenditure
Quickly learn new systems and adapt to new processes
Support strategic or operational improvements to a legal department or law firm
Working on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Essential experience and skills :
Strong eye for detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to analyze and organize work for maximum efficiency
Possess a deep understanding of legal operations process and procedures
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are required
Experience managing a team providing legal operation services (e.g., eBilling, matter management, contract management, vendor management)
Familiarity with artificial intelligence and automation helpful.
Excellent written and interpersonal skills focused on supporting your customer needs
Experience running reports and metrics.
Flexibility and interest in learning the wide variety of solutions that Elevate delivers
Supporting strategic, technology, or operational improvements to an organization
5-6+ years’ experience as a legal spend analyst, legal bill auditor, legal bill reviewer, or billing with at least 2 years of experience leading a team.
Technical skills :
Experience with leading e-Billing, Contract Management, and eSignature tools.
Experienced in Microsoft Products like MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an operational role.
