Job Description :

Operational Excellence Call Management

o Interact and manage received calls effectively and professionally, in line with the Sun Life Client for Life principles

o Provide a World Class Call client service in assisting Group Benefits and Group Retirement Service clients with their inquiries about our products, services, policies and claims through inbound calls Solve client’s inquiries in a friendly and professional way from the very first call while adhering to Sun Life’s policies and procedures

o Seek opportunities to proactively provide clients with additional information on Sun Life Financial products and services available to GB and GRS

o Be measured against quality, efficiency, and effectiveness measures

Operations / Support Management

o Log all telephone activity and track inquiries to support the analytic activity

o Recognize and support elimination knowledge gaps by providing input to supervisors / managers for coaching purposes and initiating action to update information in the Knowledge Management tool

o Report process inconsistencies and / or identifying trends to support process improvement

o Respond to Voice of the Client and Business Compliance action alerts by calling the member back and advising a supervisor of a coaching opportunity

Teamwork, Collaboration, and Engagement

o Commit to work efficiently, cooperatively, and consistently with other team members, colleagues and / or superiors through various projects, learning and development, skills assessment, and / or process improvement

o Ensure to comply with the company’s internal and operations policies and guidelines
