Ubiquity is hiring for an Operational Excellence Sr. Lead (Business Analyst) to join our team. Our Operational Excellence Sr.
Lead (Business Analyst) is an integral role in the operations of our Manila office. A team player who is familiar with planning, designing business processes and systems, and designing, developing and analyzing complex data reports.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Plan and design business processes and systems; providing support on projects related to chargeback and adjustment tools
Accountable for specific product tools used for case management
Coordinate and present feature and change requests and liaison between clients and software vendors
Design, develop and analyze complex data reports in a holistic and understandable manner
Primary liaison with business partners, development team and technology. Acts as the "Subject Matter Expert" (SME) and provide business knowledge
Identify, integrate, and manage required internal and external data resources to provide business solutions for complex operational issues
Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.
You will also lead specific projects that will improve the organization through Lean Project Management.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of experience in business or systems analytics and continuous improvement role
Demonstrated experience with complex data collection, analysis, process workflows and report writing
Experience with software release cycles, user acceptance and other testing procedures
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite
LEAN experience and / or certification, Adjustment Hub preferred
Proficient with MSSQL databases and / or other relational databases and SQL language
Knowledge of API integration and documentation (REST, SOAP or similar preferred)
Experience within banking industry or specific product knowledge (i.e. Disputes / Chargebacks)
Experience with business analytics tools (Tableau, Looker or others) and related database optimizations (index design, database clusters, etc.)
Ability and experience with evaluating, analyzing and implementing IT solutions for managing business processes in the banking and fintech space.
Special focus on disputes and chargeback systems is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Moderate domestic and international travel (25%)
Flexible with working on different shift schedules especially graveyard
Willing to work in BGC Taguig
