An exciting opportunity exists for you to join the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team as a Learning experience and content developer reporting to Senior Manager - Engagement and Learning on a fixed term contract for 6 months.
You will be part of a global multi-disciplinary Enterprise Information Management team, within the technology division of Macquarie’s Corporate Operations Group (COG).

As a key player in our learning transformation, you will have the opportunity to influence and inspire genuine innovation in Macquarie’s approach to global learning practice.
Ideally you will have 1-3 years’ experience in instructional design along with Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 and / or similar eLearning development tools, either a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or similar relevant tertiary education, and the ability to develop digital learning artefacts , using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Publisher and Intermediate skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and / or Adobe Illustrator as well as Adobe Audition.
It would be helpful if you can also interpret technical content and turn it into sustainable, simplistic and engaging learning assets.
