The Content and Strategic Partnerships Contracts Administrator is critical in coordinating and managing the onboarding of third party data.
Working closely with all members of Content and Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Finance, and Product Development, as well as coordination with clients and data providers, the successful candidate will acquire vendor authorization for new content and ensure products are released on the FactSet platform in a manner that complies with vendor requirements.
The ideal candidate will be expected to use their in-depth knowledge and analytical skills to extrapolate the necessary information from market data agreements to address the more nuanced questions.
Responsibilities : Facilitate content acquisition according to business needs by obtaining data licensing deals and partnerships for data feeds Coordinate on-boarding and compliance of new FactSet products, ensuring that the content is mapped to the correct agreement and all reporting requirements are met Assist in identifying and engaging other members of Content and Strategic Partnerships to ensure adequate coverage is provided to priority items Coordinate with vendors and internal groups including Sales, Finance, Product Development and Legal to support and implement data vendor administrative processes Lead and manage independent projects with limited guidance Required Skills : Bachelor’s degree Demonstrated fluency in English, both verbally and in written word Excellent communication skills and the ability to correspond with a diverse group of stakeholders and vendors Minimum 1-2 years in a Contracts Administrator 1 or equivalent role Strong computer skills including Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret licensing contracts Ability to organize, prioritize and handle high volume of tasks Ability to independently lead, manage, and complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives;
determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plan Willingness to work in a global organization with team members in different geographic locations Highly Desired : Experience with market data license agreements preferred
