Due to the dynamic nature of the business your responsibilities may change over time as the business evolves.

Work hand in hand with Sales team to streamline current processes, minimize the number of non-sales related tasks done by sales and meet or exceed our clients’ expectations from discovery of opportunity through ordering of services and solutions sold including cancellation of existing services.

This is triggered after clients have agreed to proceed supported by a legal document.

Some of the key responsibilities of your role will be :

  • Assist Sales across all segments of the business in the preparation and validation of Sales Orders / Opportunities
  • Address general customer enquiries upon order submission
  • To reduce the administrative tasks from the Sales Group
  • Improved customer experience by providing extra tier of support
  • Improvement of Sales processes to reduce the amount of rework and increase efficiency
  • Ensure that sales opportunities are reporting correctly and are true to align with upholding sales verification and revenue governance.
  • Dedicated to assist Business Sales team on an end-to-end order submission with high levels of quality.
  • Proactively seek out the assistance of other teams such as Pre-Sales to resolve issues and primary point of contact during Onboarding.
  • Communicate with the customer to get further details in order to submit a clean order to the back-office teams. This is to ensure that the customer have a smooth handover from Sales Operations to Provisioning team
  • To be considered for this role, you must have :

  • 1-2 years’ experience in telecommunications services preferably in a client facing (sales) operations / delivery role
  • Has a learning mindset and able to switch between multiple tasks
  • An understanding of operational processes, challenges, and issues
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Strong organization skills with high attention to details
  • Experience working with CRM Systems e.g. (Salesforce preferable not mandatory)
