Functional overview

We are looking for a deadline-focused Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring internal, corporate, and technical KMC requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong end-to-end recruitment experience and stakeholder management who would be responsible for all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to source and phone screening, onboarding, and conducting job offers.

Duties and responsibilities

MAIN FUNCTION

  • Determining the candidate requirement(s) by reviewing and understanding the job description
  • Sourcing potential candidates with the use of traditional and / or non-traditional recruitment channels
  • Being able to ask questions about your sales / account managers (agency recruiters), clients (hiring managers), and your candidates
  • Relationship Building / Account Management. Start every conversation with the intent to build, develop, and maintain relationships with your candidates and clients.
  • Updating appropriate databases used by the team with accuracy
  • Create and post job advertisements through the different job portals (i.e. Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conducts initial assessment of resumes or job applications through paper screening, or phone screening to filter candidates based on pre-determined standards
  • Formatting of resumes and creation of profile summaries according to a pre-determined standard
  • Responsible for test administration and interviewing (phone or face to face) of candidates for the assigned accounts
  • Ensures that all recruitment steps and requirements are followed per client
  • Draft job offers and employment contracts to be presented to identified candidates
  • Ensures that all employment contracts issued to identified candidates are accurate and processed in a timely manner
  • Coordinates with candidates in the submission and completion of employment requirements
  • Conducts reference / background check of candidates when necessary
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners for onboarding process
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned
  • CLIENT MANAGEMENT FUNCTION

  • Set client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinates directly with the client (external / internal) to ensure all requirements are captured
  • Participate in calibration calls / meetings with clients regarding recruitment requirements
  • Endorsement of candidates to the client based on the agreed timeframe
  • Provide or request status updates, on a regular basis, to and from clients regarding candidates, feedbacks, approvals, etc.
  • Set client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables
  • Minimum competencies

  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office ad G Suite Skills
  • Must be knowledgeable in creating and maintaining trackers
  • Strong sourcing and admin experience
  • Minimum qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Picadilly Star Bldg, BGC, Taguig City
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Behavioral Science or any field
  • Experience in End to End Recruitment
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Familiar with internal, corporate, and technical / niche roles
  • Outgoing and personable, you will be keen to quickly establish valuable relationships both internally and externally with the ability to engage, communicate and identify with KMC in all levels of staff
  • Impeccable attention to detail, time management / scheduling, and strong administration skills
  • Excellent customer service ethic, and sincere interest in enhancing the individual candidate experience
  • Strong influencing, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Creative thinker with good analytical skills and the ability to recognize opportunities in the wider business environment
  • Evidence of providing creative, innovative solutions using a variety of sourcing tools and technology
  • Proven experience of employer brand and / or recruitment marketing with emerging talent audiences
  • Understand how recruitment, brand identity, and marketing strategy come together to contribute to an overall world-class talent function
  • Experience in HR Databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
