Duties and Responsibilities :
Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal, security and company guidelines.
Troubleshoot and support users with computer and software problems, and advise users to upgrade the system or equipment replacement;
Managing all IT facilities like computer (laptop) ... of the company (About the current number of computers; ordering new computers when needed;
collect computer when having staff stop working; Making repair plans when broken
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
Network System : Router, Firewall, Switch, AP Knowledge.
Windows System : DNS, DHCP, Domain controller, DFS, Permission Knowledge.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Understand VLAN, WIFI, Access Point, Switch Layer 3, 2.
Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Network Engineering; Others can be considered if earning good knowledge / hands-on experience in IT engineering.
2. Computer Science & Hardware troubleshooting
Proficient in the use of operating systems
Familiar with hosting, domain or cloud (Azure, google )
3. Able to communicate in English.
Working experience in IT System and Application Support
Knowledge of setting up and installation of computer and networking equipment
Experience in Microsoft Office applications as well as Windows Operating Systems (server and client)
Experienced in Network configuration and troubleshooting such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, VLAN
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Excellent in troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of VoIP system is a plus
Strong knowledge and experiences of Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec Endpoint Protec, Hyper-V, SQL server, UTM, high availability system, troubleshooting and performance optimizer.
5. Able to work independently and in a team.
6.. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with OS management, Active Directory, Antivirus, Network IPS,
Microsoft Server, and other security applications / tools.
7. Certified in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure is preferred.
Certified MCSA, MCSB, Linux or relevant is a must.
CCNA Certified Cisco certification is preferred.
