Looking for :
We are in urgent need of Recruiters whose passion is in hiring the best people for our valued clients. This person will be screening roles ranging from SEO Executives, Virtual Assistants, Digital Marketing, Content Writers, to specialized and managerial roles.
We need someone zealous enough to take new challenges and turn ideas into successful implementation and results.
Understand job requirements for each new position as requested
Liaise with company head, managers, leaders and HR manager regarding their hiring requirements
Screen resumes filtering those that match the requirements
Schedule initial interviews and screening examinations
Conduct initial interviews with suitable candidates
Maintain recruitment databases and trackers
Set up interview appointment for those candidates that meet the job requirements for the clients to conduct the final interview
Coordinate with Team Leaders and Project Managers for account specific interviews and exams
Draft hiring documents such as Offer Letters, Training Agreements, and Job Descriptions
Other recruitment-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a Psychology or HRDM graduate
Must have at least 2-3 years experience in HR screening & recruitment
Has a high-level understanding of HR Recruitment systems and procedures
Ability to build client and applicant relationships
Experience dealing with foreign clients preferred but not essential
Exceptional English communication skills both written and oral
Strong attention to details
Able to manage time effectively, work independently and stay on top of deadline
Access to laptop / computer, high speed internet

Mondays - Friday; 1-9PM
