Qualifications

Female; at least 5'3 in height with pleasing personality and good visual impact

Graduate of Tourism or any 4 year course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

With good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Job Description

Distribute patient's list, hospital census, OR & DR sched, nursery census, admission & discharge reports to concerned deptartments.

Coordinates with supervisors, K10, & orderly for releasing of the cadaver.

Relieves telephone operator

Observes excellent customer relations at all times

Gives information regarding patients, doctor's room, clinic hours & location of diff. depts.

Receive external mails and coordinates to persons / dept. concerned.

Receives & coordinates requests for ambulance.

Issue electric appliance gate pass to patients.

Prepares newspapers for distribution to patient's rooms, officers % other depts. of the hospital.
