We really need the very senior level engineer because of this.
To evaluate where new modules / silicon is working, and where it breaks
To recommend improvements where needed, report bugs when found, and able to describe the issue very clearly. When a bug is found, he / she may need to prove and test it in several ways as part of the analysis.
Initial focus for the 6-9 months will be on Autoval 2.0 to get us over the hump.
