The Role
Acting as the first point of contact : dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organizing events, conferences, meetings, and appointments, often controlling access to the Managing Director / s
Reminding the Managing Director / s of important tasks and deadlines
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
Plans and implements social media activities that engages the audience while generating interest of non-followers
Replies and addresses all inquiries and concerns aired by the social media audience
Liaises with the Monitoring Officer regarding workers’ issues and concerns (as needed)
Acts as the initial and central point of contact for all job postings at the company Facebook page, WorkAbroad, and JobStreet, as well as for newspaper advertisements and Linkedin (as needed), ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of each posting
Coordinates with the Corporate Communications Head, the Graphic Artist, and Account Holders (as needed) regarding the final layout of job postings
Assists in organizing trade shows, ensuring that the event is well organized and measures up to the Staffhouse brand and quality
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time including but not limited to Corporate Communication projects / tasks
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's Degree in AB Communication, Mass Communication or its equivalent
1-year related experience preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and a self-starter
Proven excellent Planning and Organizing skills
Displayed excellent Customer Service background for both internal and external clients
