Join our growing team in Operations as a Business Development Executive!

What’s on the menu for you to do :

  • You will be responsible for generating new business revenue with local and national companies and vendors through selling a potential B2B / B2C solution
  • Prepare and present proposals to vendors decision makers and negotiate contracts
  • Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies / models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Measure and track performance of key partners and use a data-centric approach in all strategies
  • Be the local market expert : gather feedback and provide recommendations for improvements to management and to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, locally and regionally to ensure successful execution of partnerships
  • You will be responsible for the overall management of several existing vendor partnerships including the development of new revenue opportunities and act as focal point to support any operational issue
  • Manage budgets and P&L related to implementation and execution of vendor partnership agreements
  • Prepare weekly partnership reports
  • What do you bring into the table?

  • Candidate with Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related area preferred
  • At least 1 - 2 years experience in sales, business development, client-facing relationship management roles
  • Persuasive and highly motivated to over-achieve sales target
  • Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers / client
  • Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers / client
  • Structured problem solving ability with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Interest for or good understanding of e-commerce & on-demand rider market
  • Self motivated team player with a proven ability to work with aggressive individual and team goals
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing job duties
  • Required language(s) : English and Filipino
