Filipino business fluent in Korean Language

Customer service background is an advantage

Willing to work on shifting schedule

Willing to be assigned in Makati City

Responsibilities :

Assisting Korean clients’ concerns through calls, chats and emails

Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner

Establish companies new market

Participate in developing strategies for company’s progress

Other tasks assigned by the Department head / Team Lead
