The APAC Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Assistant Manager will report into the APAC DE&I Manager and in close partnership with the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Team and Global Chief DE&I Officer, to manage the DE&I programming relative to the D&I strategy in APAC (https : / / www.

This role will focus on leveraging DE&I best practices to help us achieve our strategic DE&I goals and power FactSet’s success by ensuring we have a strong culture of belonging one that fosters an equitable, diverse and inclusive environment for everyone to thrive and be their authentic selves Working in partnership with the APAC DE&I Manager, the APAC DE&I Assistant Manager will build relationships and engagement in support of DE&I initiatives and design, implement and manage strategic DE&I related programs and initiatives in the APAC region.
The APAC DE&I Manager will also provide thought-leadership, guidance and consultation to HR partners, business leaders, managers, and employees in APAC, and embed best practices and innovative ideas to address the unique challenges in the region.
Produce high quality quantitative diversity data analytics and dashboards that highlight trends and for tracking of strategic workforce DE&I goals Integrate diversity, equity and inclusion across all business and into our People Processes, collaborating closely with business and HR partners, including : Talent Development to identify opportunities for retention, development and advancement of underrepresented Talent and embed DE&I leadership programming Talent Acquisition to increase diversity partnerships and recruitment of underrepresented Talent Human Resources Business Partners to provide subject matter expertise and support to all business areas Provide regional oversight and ongoing support to Business Resource Groups, including the production of annual business plans, related programming / events, budgets and reporting on impact Lead and manage multiple Diversity, Equity & Inclusion projects and / or programs, from initiation through to execution, working collaboratively with cross functional partners and stakeholders Conduct on-going qualitative research both internally and externally on demographic trends, best practices, identifying and recommending strategies for enhancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts Develop creative and engaging DE&I media campaigns for internal use (e.
g. newsletters and Role Models video) and externally (e.g. on Social Media) to raise awareness, educate and keep stakeholder informed.
Provide insight of regulatory and policy developments affecting areas of responsibility Identify, leverage and promote external diversity partnerships to support DE&I goals including the completion of benchmarking exercises.
