Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for the execution of Talent Management strategies, processes, and programs across AboitizPower.

Talent Management

  • Facilitates the Succession Planning process for all departments
  • Facilitates applicable talent management discussions for all employees
  • Provides support in the Executive Succession Planning process
  • Learning and Development

  • Ensures that the learning and development needs are identified and that appropriate development interventions are prioritized in the creation of annual training plans
  • Ensures creation and implementation of functional and Individual Development Plans for all departments
  • Implements assigned learning and development interventions across the organization
  • Develops tools to check effectiveness of different internal and external learning and interventions
  • Competency Profiling

  • Facilitates competency profiling process for all departments
  • Organization Development

  • Designs and implements OD solutions and interventions to address strategic and critical development needs
  • HR Systems

  • Ensures facilitation of Talent Management System including conducting user training and first level troubleshoot support
  • Performance Management

  • Ensures regularization of probationary employees is monitored through performance appraisals
  • Monitors bi-annual performance appraisals for all employees

    Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources specifically talent management, learning and development, competency development, succession planning, culture and engagement, and internal communications
  • At least 2 years of experience in managerial capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course
