The HR Manager is responsible for the execution of Talent Management strategies, processes, and programs across AboitizPower.
Facilitates the Succession Planning process for all departments
Facilitates applicable talent management discussions for all employees
Provides support in the Executive Succession Planning process
Learning and Development
Ensures that the learning and development needs are identified and that appropriate development interventions are prioritized in the creation of annual training plans
Ensures creation and implementation of functional and Individual Development Plans for all departments
Implements assigned learning and development interventions across the organization
Develops tools to check effectiveness of different internal and external learning and interventions
Facilitates competency profiling process for all departments
Designs and implements OD solutions and interventions to address strategic and critical development needs
Ensures facilitation of Talent Management System including conducting user training and first level troubleshoot support
Ensures regularization of probationary employees is monitored through performance appraisals
Monitors bi-annual performance appraisals for all employees
