We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Policy and Plans Division is inviting applicants for the vacant position of Planning Officer I :

Ø One (1) Planning Officer I

Salary Grade / Salary : 11 Php 18,549.00

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training : None required

Experience : None required

Eligibility : Civil Service Professional Eligibility /

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Social Sciences
  • With good coordination, communication and report writing skills
  • Commitment to Social Protection and Development
  • Flexible and with initiative
  • Primary Functions :

    vCoordinate, facilitate and provide technical assistance on the formulation of regional SWD plans

    vMonitor plan implementation and prepares reportorial requirements

    vRespond to requests in Centers / institutions / units data and queries of Central Office, Intermediaries and others.

    vPrepares and submits weekly accomplishment and tracking of documents, individual accomplishment report and monthly calendar of activities.

    vPerforms other related tasks as may be assigned.

  • Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013 and January to June 2014) :

    Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered disqualified.
