Job Role :
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirements :
Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource or Psychology
5- 8 years experience in Human Resource management.
Must have experience in labor cases.
