Handles call from Technical Support ACD (Automated Call Distribution)
Monitors and responds to incoming inquiries (calls / emails / chat)
Explains products specification and product features to customers
Provides product specification information that the customer needs
Identifies new leads and opportunities from customer interactions and analyze repeat customer interaction for possible leads
Education :
Graduate of any Engineering Degree (preferably Electrical Engineer)
Experience :
1-year experience in Electrical Engineering field
Specific Knowledge :
Understands the basic information about electrical
Knowledge about basic installations and applications or wiring and other electrical products
Knowledge of construction techniques, building codes etc.
Knowledge of hazardous locations and markets
Installations and applications of wiring and other related products
Skills :
Accuracy and attention to details
Well organized and able to multi-task
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills
Team player
Good communication skills
Can handle stress and work in a very fast-paced environment
