Responsibilities

  • Handles call from Technical Support ACD (Automated Call Distribution)
  • Monitors and responds to incoming inquiries (calls / emails / chat)
  • Explains products specification and product features to customers
  • Provides product specification information that the customer needs
  • Identifies new leads and opportunities from customer interactions and analyze repeat customer interaction for possible leads
  • Education :

  • Graduate of any Engineering Degree (preferably Electrical Engineer)
  • Experience :

  • 1-year experience in Electrical Engineering field
  • Specific Knowledge :

  • Understands the basic information about electrical
  • Knowledge about basic installations and applications or wiring and other electrical products
  • Knowledge of construction techniques, building codes etc.
  • Knowledge of hazardous locations and markets
  • Installations and applications of wiring and other related products
  • Skills :

  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Well organized and able to multi-task
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Can handle stress and work in a very fast-paced environment
