Job Description -Is a person who is employed by a telephone answering service to answer the incoming telephone calls of the companies, who have forwarded their calls to answering service, during busy times and outside of office hours.
Job Qualifications Qualification :

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Fast learner and adaptable.
